Seasonal Maintenance/Cleaning Crew

Qualifications/Conditions: Candidates applying for this position should have the desire to gain experience in facility maintenance and event management. They must be able to follow work orders and complete assignments promptly. Extensive outdoor work is required in varying weather conditions. This job requires fine and gross motor skills including the ability to grasp, grip and hold with the hands to operate both large and small machinery.  Additional requirements including bending, carrying, climbing, driving, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively.  The ability to speak, hear and engage in effective communication. 

Working conditions include extremes of temperature and humidity, walking and driving on uneven surfaces, and possibly exposure to pesticides and fertilizers. 

Essential Functions:

a. Act on all orders initiated by or through supervisors.
b. Request various supplies needed to maintain the facility.
c. Record and report daily work completed.
d. Meet with supervisor concerning problems, fields, restrooms, etc. at facility.
e. Work a diverse daytime, night, weekend, and holiday schedule.
f. Effectively operate various types of equipment following proper training protocol.
g. Clean all buildings, restrooms, and equipment in alignment with standards set by supervisors.
h. Report and assist with repairs to buildings and equipment.
i. Return all equipment to assigned location.
j. Assist with mowing, string trimming, and landscaping duties as assigned.
k. Paint and prepare fields for athletic events.
l. Help maintain all facility surfaces.
m. Pick up and disposal of garbage


Seasonal Mowing Crew

Qualifications/Conditions: Candidates applying for this position should have a minimum of two years’ experience with landscaping, equipment operation, and athletic field mowing. They must be able to follow work orders and complete assignment promptly. Extensive outdoor work is required. This job requires fine and gross motor skills including the ability to grasp, grip and hold with the hands to operate both large and small machinery.  Additional requirements including bending, carrying, climbing, driving, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively.  The ability to speak, hear and engage in effective communication.

Concessions Team Member

Qualifications/Conditions: Will be required to stand for extended periods of time in varying temperatures; must be available to work various daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. This job requires fine and gross motor skills including the ability to grasp, grip and hold with the hands to operate both large and small machinery, grills, hot oil fryers and various other kitchen appliances.  Additional requirements including bending, carrying, climbing, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively. The ability to speak, hear and engage in effective communication. 

Working conditions include extremes of temperature and humidity.

Essential Functions:

a. Serve customers in a positive and inviting manner.
b. Operate an electronic cash register properly.
c. Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment.
d. Clean dining and concession areas according to facility and Health Department guidelines.
e. Follow proper food service guidelines when cooking/preparing food.
f. Act on all orders initiated by or through supervisors.
g. Effectively operate various types of equipment following proper training protocols.
h. Other tasks as assigned.


Concessions Team Leader

Qualifications/Conditions: Previous food service experience preferred; ability to manage staff and report to a supervisor; will be required to stand for extended periods of time in varying temperatures; must be available to work various daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. This job requires fine and gross motor skills including the ability to grasp, grip and hold with the hands to operate both large and small machinery, grills, hot oil fryers and various other kitchen appliances.  Additional requirements including bending, carrying, climbing, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively.
